Project of multifunctional  ROSSin Bussines Centre was our first development project. Currently fully reconstructed it houses offices, apartments and other facilities. In Havlíčkův Brod it is one of the best equipped administrative complexes. There are business firms, a travel agent,  a real estate agent, an insurance company, a grocery store, a bar, and a restaurant. 

ROSSin Business Centre is conveniently located close to the town's train and bus stations, and the main post office. Along a wide street it is easy-to-find ten minute walk from the town centre. The complex has a capacious private parking lot.
