ROSS Real Estates s.r.o.  is hundred percent subsidiary of ROSS Holding. This company was established and designed to carry out construction projects, run storehouses and operate other buildings of logistical and manufacturing utilization. Currently the company runs and administers the logistical centre in multifunctional Čechovka complex.

Two modern storehouses of  4.000 square meters were launched in  2007-2008. Storehouses are projected as modular spaces offering variable floor use ranging from 288 to 2.000 square meters.  Individual separable modules are connected to all necessary medias; modules are equipped with possible tempering up to 18°Celsius. Additionally, the halls allow to build in outlet separators, operation space or offices.

Having substantial development potential ROSS Real Estates plans on developing similar development complexes in multifunctional Čechovka area, and in other locations in the region. In near future the company aims to continue building and administering commercial logistical and industrial development projects. Relevantly, the company prepares construction of module-storehouse no. 3 at 1.500 square meters, and two storehouses at 4.000 to 5.000 square meters.
