Quality Policy
ROSS is committed to the following Quality Policy to increase quality production. ROSS Holding's management declares the policy in the Quality Manual. The managers' responsibility is to present it to all their staff.
- Quality is understood not only as narrow area of technical specifications, but it covers associated complex activities. Quality implementation is inseparable from preventive education, training and positive motivation of all ROSS employees.
- Management and staff's aim is to ensure long-term prosperity by commitment to safe and ecological production that meets the set and expected quality requirements and customers' needs.
- Long-term harmony of concurrently running activities and acting in interest of clients, staff and owners ensures high efficiency in all processes. The quality goals are achieved via error and loss elimination, via in-time implementation of preventive measures, via systemic monitoring, via striving for constant improvements, via guarantee-cost-monitoring, and via creating spanning reserves.
- We seek all opportunities and information to improve production quality, promoting safe environmental and water considerations, in order to implement complex and compact management system. This system ensures that ROSS reaches balance in meeting economic, social and ecological responsibilities.

ROSS management is dedicated to efficient assessment of quality policy, and the management are fully associated with requirements of ČSN EN ISO 9001 norm. This norm is considered essential to develop and ensure the effective future management.
