Villa Park Cechovka - completed

The construction of the first stage of residential area "Villa Park Cechovka" in Havlickuv Brod was completed. On Friday, 26th of February there was an opening taking place in the area which was accompanied by symbolic tape cutting.

Havlickuv Brod has spread thanks to a new district. In the premises  where unused buildings including a concrete shield were left 5 years ago when the army was leaving the area there is a brand new town district nowadays. Two years of construction gave rise to 5 houses with 78 appartments of different dimensions from one bedroom appartments to large appartments with spacious terraces. Also new parking spaces were built mainly at basement garages. New street called Stromovka originated from the buildings settlement. The author of the architectural design of the whole area is significant studio OK PLAN ARCHITECTS owned by architect Mr Ludek Ryzner from Humpolec. Its the unique architectural style, technical utilities of the buildings and great location of the area within the town and in the nature at the same time what makes living at Villa Park Cechovka pleasant experience at a highest level.
