New contract in Kazakhstan

Czech Terraces – that is the title of the building project on which ROSS Holding is working in the town Almaty in Kazakhstan in the middle of Asia. The project investor: Codeco Real Estate Development company offered to ROSS the cooperation as the main supplier.

The subject of the project is construction of detached multi-storey residential building, that will include eleven luxury apartments incl. underground garages, outdoor landscaping, fencing, roads lighting. The project volume is 117,3 mil. CZK, of which approximately half is delivered by ROSS, the rest 50% of the project will be managed by local business. Project execution has started in August 2011, the final phase of the project will be handed over to the investor in 15 months.
