Control system for the Podkováň brewery

Thanks to the good reference - the project of the Chotěboř brewery, ROSS Holding is contributing to the reconstruction of the Podkováň brewery near Mladá Boleslav. Measuring and Regulation department delivers automatization control system for the brewhouse, malt operation and other operations.

Podkováň brewery is much larger in concept than the Chotěboř project, it brings out certain complications in communication establishment between the individual control systems. The reconstruction process is untraditional, the new measuring system is being built into the historical part of the building, which is being slowly reconstructed. Lora Viktoria figures as the investor, that bought the brewery not a long time ago, the brewery will brew the beer by the old tradion which is older than 500 years.
