Villa Park Čechovka earned the title of "The Construction of Vysočina 2010"

Havlíčkův Brod residential district Villa Park Čechovka boasts with the prestigious title of The Construction of Vysočina 2010 since yesterday. The professional jury has chosen a developer housing project by ROSS Holding, as the winner in the category of the Buildings to the public facilities and housing in the 9th contest of The Construction of Vysočina.

The proffesional jury very positively valuated unconventional architectural character of the individual projects with a good disposition of the flats and especially an urban concept of the project which creates good conditions for creating space between the buildings. The title:The Construction of Vysočina" is not the only award which Villa Park holds. During the last year it has earned a 3d place in the most prestigious national competition:The Best Real Estate. The results of the contest were announced yesterday in Humpolec, the patronage of this 9th year competition was under the Regional Governor of Vysočina Mr. Jiří Běhounek.
